The Child Health Promotion Research Centre at Edith Cowan University [ECU] received funding from AVAYA to develop a student resource to help schools train student cyber leaders and to support staff who may work with these students. 

The Student Cyber Leader resource is designed to help to build the self-efficacy of students to show leadership in their school and with their peers by encouraging and enabling other young people to use technology in positive ways. A teacher resource has also been developed to help school staff to train and support the student leaders to establish an ethos and environment where all students feel empowered to use technology in positive ways.
